Dr. S. D. Patterson

Neighborhood’s Hands, Inc., Co-Founder and Executive Director, Dr. S.D. Patterson is a life-long resident of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and he actually grew up in the Cleveland Avenue Homes. Dr. S.D. Patterson is a graduate of West Forsyth High School, Louisburg College with an Assosciate’s Degree, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree, North Carolina A&T State University for Graduate Studies, the John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctrine, and United Cornerstone University pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Care.


In addition, Dr. S.D. Patterson has several ceritifications and licenses in various professional fields. Also, he has served as an Ordained Deacon since 1994 before he accepted the call and started preaching the Gospel of God. Dr. S.D. Patterson has served on numerous non-profit executive boards and continues to serve on several of the non-profit executive boards. 

Elder Tamica Patterson

Elder-In-Training Tamica Y. Patterson, is the co-founder of Neighborhood's Hands, Inc.  She serves as the Outreach Coordinator and the Women's Ministry Coordinator of Neighborhood's Hands, Inc. 

She graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.  She attended Wake Forest University School of Divinity where she is in the process of receiving her Master's Degree in Divinity.  She has a strong passion for the community and she is just a servant of the Lord.
She also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Neighborhood's Hands Inc.
